How it Works

Once StudyFirst™ is contracted with the school district, the process is simple. In the event of accidental damage:

The parent or district files a claim with StudyFirst™ through our website.

Instructions are provided on getting the device to our repair facility.

Repair facility confirms the claim, and immediately starts the repair.

Device is returned to parent or district office, repaired and ready to go!
